Cancelling a subscription on Video Factory is a straightforward process. Follow these steps to cancel your subscription:

1. Click on Settings on the sidebar menu
2. Click on the Membership tab
3. Click on Cancel
4. On the pause plan popup, click on “No, I want to cancel the plan”
5. Type your password and confirm the cancelation

Once your subscription is canceled, you will not be charged any further. However, you may still have access to VideoFactory services until your current billing period ends.
